I had a sleep consultation with Steph a few months ago and I can hand-on-heart say, it was the best decision I made! My son has struggled with his sleep for 18 months, taking hours to settle and waking every few hours, it's been so hard dealing with such little sleep. Being heavily pregnant, due in a couple of months, I had, had enough and really needed to make a change.

After trying various different methods from online groups, nothing worked, and I couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel. Steph went through a thorough consultation and together, we decided on a route. All I can say is it worked – and worked well. My son now sleeps 7:30pm-7:30am with a few wakes where he simply settles himself back to sleep. He is a joy to put to bed now; it's calm with no dramas and takes no time at all.

Steph made me feel super comfortable and I was able to tell her exactly what I was doing with no fear of any judgment. She listened and empathised, which really helped and put me at ease and made me feel less alone. With her advice and support, I had my evenings back so me and my partner could enjoy some peace. We now have a newborn, so it starts again.

I have recommended Steph at Moonchild to all my friends. She is very knowledgeable and, having three kids, she knows the struggle. She's professional, thorough and kind.

Steph has such a kind, caring and patient nature and was able to support us at a pace which felt manageable when sleep deprived! We can't thank Steph enough for the incredible support she’s given us with our son’s sleep. We were struggling with frequent night wakings, short naps and split nights. We were exhausted and I was dreading going back to work so tired!

From the beginning, Steph took the time to really listen and understand our specific challenges. I am so grateful for Steph's support with our premie baby's sleep. In just a few weeks he went from hourly nighttime wake ups to waking just 1-2 times a night and longer naps in the day. As a fellow premie mum, Steph understands the different needs and language when it comes to premie babies which was really encouraging. We had an informative first meeting where she listened and understood our baby before offering some helpful tips and advice. She worked up a plan for us and we kept in touch via email and messages. Steph was always on hand to reply with advice, support and kind words! Sleep can be such an all-consuming thing and it was amazing to have Steph in my corner helping me through it to better days and nights.


From the start, Steph was gentle and reassuring. Her approach felt really individualised to our preemie baby and it was a relief to work with someone who doesn’t support the cry it out or Ferber method etc. It’s been refreshing to know what’s developmentally normal for our baby in regard to sleep, rather than telling us she can get him sleeping through the night, as you often see pushed on social media!
